**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Research emerging trends in the fashion industry and consumer preferences.
- Identify untapped regions, customer segments, and retail channels that could be valuable for business expansion.
- Study competitors and market dynamics to spot opportunities for differentiation.
- **Developing New Sales Channels**:
- Explore potential new counters, stores, or retail outlets to showcase and sell Dermawear Shapewear and apparel.
- Seek partnerships with high-end luxury retailers for premium product lines.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with retail clients to secure favourable terms.
- Offer ongoing support to retailers, addressing any concerns and helping them improve sales of the Dermawear.
- **Product Presentation**:
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure product displays are compelling and aligned with the target market.
- Offer training and guidance to sales staff in new counters to help them sell the apparel effectively.
- Ensure products are well-represented, both in-store and online, to maximize sales potential.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft promotions, discounts, and special campaigns targeted at new counters or regions.
- Set achievable sales goals and track performance metrics to ensure progress.
- **Brand Expansion**:
- Actively seek new geographical markets for the brand, including international or regional expansion.
- Tailor the product offering and marketing approach to local preferences and trends.
- **Customer Feedback & Adaptation**:
- Gather and analyse feedback from customers and retail partners to refine products, customer service, and sales strategies.
- Adjust sales approaches based on the type of counter or sales environment, whether it's high-end luxury or mass-market apparel.
