Associate- Mis View Jobs

**Mandate 2** - Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generating reports on business performance, feature adoption and impact assessment
- Create, improve, monitor and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Assist non-technical stakeholders in querying data from multiple sources
- Perform data QC and validation as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar profile
- Solid SQL fundamentals and hands-on experience using joins, aggregations and window functions
- Strong quantitative and analytical foundations, experience working with complex data
- Comfortable using Excel for advanced formulae, pivots and charts
- Some experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation and maintenance
- Ability and drive to learn and upskill quickly and consistently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and commitment
- Experience with Python, GitHub, Databricks, etc. is good to have but not necessary
