  • Support staffing and store management decisions with XRBI Store Force data.
  • Implement Tulip Clienteling strategies to boost customer relationships and sales.

Technical Skills and System Management:

  • Master Looker for creating visualizations and analytical models.
  • Use MicroStrategy for data aggregation and advanced reporting.
  • Handle XRBI Store Force customization for retail operational needs.
  • Leverage Tulip Clienteling for a personalized shopping experience and customer loyalty.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with IT, sales, and marketing teams for seamless data integration.
  • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Train retail staff on MIS tools, focusing on Tulip Clienteling and XRBI Store Force.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Computer Science is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting tools and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
