**Responsibilities**:

- His role is to supervise the work of the workers, to ensure the proper execution of the work and the quality of the result. He must also ensure that safety is ensured and that all procedures and instructions are followed.
- To organize and control all production within the factory to achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, unit costs, and customer service requirements.
- To ensure all work carried is in accordance with health, safety standards.
- Direct and control all factory staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance with health, safety standards.
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of production operations, to ensure that output and quality & delivery targets are achieved and that all relevant health, safety standards are observed.
- Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that plant and equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers to ensure the cost-effective provision of services to the factory.
- Develop and implement short
- and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control the factory budget to ensure that all financial and business objectives are met.
- Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Internal**:

- Production Director - to support and manage performance and develop capability to production director has agreed with the sales team.
- Sales team - Helping with customer factory visits. Answering production related questions regarding capacity and delivery.
- Purchasing Manager - Liaise with, to ensure delivery of raw materials and tooling to meet production processes requirements.
- CNC skills background in a subcontract machine shop.
- Fully conversant with current, up to date CNC machinery and technologies including turning & milling
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and man management skills with the ability to oversee a busy machine shop
- Previous managerial / supervisory experience in a similar role within sub contract machine shop
- Experience of production planning and estimating
- To set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- To work proactively to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Overseeing winding of aerospace components.
- Ensuring Quality check of components.
- Discussion with customers for modifications.
- Implementation of modifications into production.
- Production timeline based on requirement.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of components.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
