**Key Responsibilities**:
The role envisages the following three areas of activities:
**1. Front Desk**

**a. **Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.

b. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally.

c. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.

d. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

e. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organising files and maintaining office supplies.

**2. Executive Support**:
a. Reviewing and summarizing miscellaneous reports and documents; preparing background documents and outgoing mail as necessary

b. Contracts documentation and oversight

c. Being responsible for calendar management and travel schedules for executive management as needed

**3. Office management**:
a. Up-keep of all office equipment

b. Records management and filing

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in the kind of role described above.
- The ability to interact with the team (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive & resourceful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be goal oriented
- An excellent grasp of the Microsoft office suite and online tools
- A steady employment background that demonstrates sincerity to one's role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
