Front Desk Executive

Front Desk: Handling EPBAX.
Answering all Incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Connect outgoing / conference calls on request.
Upkeep of the Front desk area. Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
Keeping record of all extension numbers, key Persons contacts, Emergency contact. and nearby food outlet numbers which should be handy at all times.
Receive letters, courier packages, material etc. and direct them to concerned Individuals.
Maintain a record of courier / Material inward & outward by updating the courier and material registers on real time basis. Monitor office supplies & place orders whenever necessary post seeking approvals.
Ensure attendance register of support staff is maintained on real time basis
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 0- 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational, time management and priority setting skills, and the flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think critically, work independently or collaboratively within a team as required and follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
