- Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
Interview Timings:
- 11am to 4pm
Age Criteria:
- 18yrs to 30yrs
WFO Only
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to build rapport with international customers on chat.
- Educate current and potential customers with service information.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Identify and escalate priority issues/concerns to the Trainers.
- Lead generation.
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner.
- Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives.
Requirement:
- English Communication Good / Fluent.
Age Limit Till 30 Only.
Should have Bachelor’s Degree.
Should be a quick learner and smart with handling problems.
Graduate Fresher’s / Experience.
Good typing speed.
Good convincing skills.
Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms like Instagram.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
