Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (International Clients)

Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive is Responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our company’s international clients. This includes providing support and assistance to clients, handling clients inquiries and complaints, and working to resolve any issue that may arise. The Customer Relationship Executive will also run our campaigns to customers and track customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner, in English language only.
- Provide support and assistance to clients to resolve any issue that may arise, including coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services to customers.
- Track client’s satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve the client experience.
- Analyse client feedback and trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve client issues.

Skills and Qualification
- Exceptional command over English in Verbal and written both.
- Excellent communication and client service skill, in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem Solving ability
- Experience or competent enough in customer service.

Experience
- 0-4 years of experience in client service
- Experience of working with international clients (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field

Additional Information
- This position is full time and requires availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- The Customer Relationship Executive will be based at our main office location in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi - 110088

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
