**Roles&Responsibilities**:
TheAssociatewillreporttothe TeamLead(ClimateTeam)
- Supporttooperationalizespecificworkinggroups(suchashealthandinclusion)withinClimateRISEbyundertakinginternal research andmapping, anddirect andindirectengagement
- Buildingouttheworkingobjectives,goals,andstrategybasisaclearunderstandingofpartnerneeds andinterests
- Supportresearchandknowledgebuildingeffortswithinthealliancethroughresearchreports,knowledge products andother collaterals
- BuildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithClimateRISEpartnersthatcouldpavethewayformeaningfullong-termcollaborations
- Maintainacomprehensivepipelinemanagementsystemtotrackprogressonrelationshipsbuiltwithdifferent funders
- Supportinorganizingconferencesandbuildingplatformsaimedateducatingandengagingwiththesector;co-facilitatesessions, andmanageend-to-endlogisticsfor theseprograms.
**DesiredSkills&Experience**:
- Graduates and Postgraduates with 2 - 4 years of work experience. Someone passionate aboutdesigningnewproducts/programs,preferablyhavingpriorengagementwithcollaboratives
- /consulting/thedevelopmentsector
- Excellentinterpersonalskills,charisma,andconfidencetointeractwellwithothers,andtheabilityto lead/act with a minimum level of planning. Someone who commands attention and canmanage groupprocessesduringpresentations.
- Interestin academiaandresearch,with astrongcommandofwrittenandverbalcommunication
- Abilitytocomeupwithnewanduniqueideasandtendstobeseenasvalue-addedinbrainstormingsettings.Adeptatscopingoutthelengthanddifficultyoftasksandprojectsandanabilitytobreakdown processsteps.
