Roles&
Responsibilities:

TheAssociatewillreporttotheTeamLead(ClimateTeam)and:

  • Support to further build the Conservation and Restoration thematic focus area of the alliance byundertaking strategy development, plans, and procedures, and direct and indirect engagementwithvariousstakeholders.
  • Develop shortterm and longterm engagement plans with partners to achieve the goals of thealliance.
TakingfullownershipofsuchplansendtoendinconsultationwiththeTeamLead.

  • Supportstakeholdermanagementincludingdirectengagementwithvariousalliancestakeholders including philanthropists, funders, government organizations, NGOs, civil societyorganizations,etc.topavethewayformeaningfullongtermcollaborations
  • Leverage the work of alliance member organizations, funders, and civil society groups to enablesmoothfunctioningandworkingoftheallianceandensuredeliverymanagement
  • Support research and knowledgebuilding efforts within the alliance through research reports,knowledgeproducts,andothercollaterals
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline management system to track progress on relationships builtwithdifferentfunders
  • Support in organizing conferences and building platforms aimed at educating and engaging withthesector;cofacilitatesessions,andmanageendtoendlogisticsfortheseprograms

&Experience**:

  • GraduatesandPostgraduateswith35yearsofworkexperience,preferablyintheConservationandRestorationecosysteminIndia.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management abilities and excellent project management skills to support the smooth functioning of the alliance.
  • The ability to come up with new and unique ideas and tends to be seen as valueadded in brainstorming settings. Adept at scoping out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects and an ability to breakdown process steps.
