Export Documentation Executive

Managing and handling export documentation for international shipments
Preparing and reviewing all necessary shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, export licenses, certificates of origin, and other related documents.
Ensuring that all export documents comply with the regulations and requirements of the importing country.
Coordinating with various departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to gather the required information for documentation
Liaising with government authorities, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely execution of export shipments
Maintaining accurate records and files of export documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
Monitoring and tracking shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolving any documentation discrepancies or issues that may arise during the export process
Keeping up-to-date with changes in export regulations and requirements to ensure compliance
Providing support and assistance to sales and customer service teams in resolving export-related queries or concerns
In addition to these responsibilities, an Export Documentation Executive may also be involved in coordinating with international customers, managing shipping schedules, and handling other administrative tasks related to export operations.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
