Export Documentation Executive

Preparing and managing all documents related to the export of goods, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinating with various departments within the company, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure that all export transactions are carried out smoothly.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant export regulations and trade agreements.
Maintaining accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
Collaborating with customs agents and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods and adherence to import/export regulations.
Providing guidance and training to other employees on export documentation procedures and compliance requirements.
Handling any issues that arise with shipments or documentation, such as delays or errors.
Staying up-to-date on changes in export regulations and trade agreements.
Identifying areas for process improvements and working with management to implement changes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
