Roles & Responsibilities:
**Scope of Work (Deliverables)**:
1**:Management of Runbooks**:

- Creating and consistently maintaining the Disaster Recovery (DR) runbook.
- Runbook validation which includes tabletop exercises and reviews to ensure that runbooks are up-to-date, accurate, and effective.
- Evaluating modifications made to the production environment to determine their effects on the workflow and subsequently integrating them into the runbook.
- Creating scripts as necessary within the framework of ITDR runbook management.

2**:Support for Drill Exercises**:

- Providing ongoing support for Disaster Recovery (DR) drills as requested by the client.
- Evaluate pre-drill plans.
- Conduct preliminary simulations before the drills.
- Performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections for the drills.
- Furnish the client with reports on the execution of DR drills.

3**:Monitoring, Maintaining and Managing Configurations in the Tool**:

- Regularly monitoring and maintaining the existing IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) orchestration tool to guarantee a seamless drill at any given moment. Additionally, providing monthly reports that offer insights into the tool's operational effectiveness.
- Monitoring the operational status of the orchestration tool dashboard.
- Administration of the tool's server, which involves overseeing updates and patches as needed.
- Timely response to alerts triggered by the tool, including problem identification and resolution to maintain the recovery environment's health.
- Notifying stakeholders to take proactive measures in the event of a discrepancy between the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) systems.
- Ensuring the tool's preparedness and keeping it updated through continuous configuration management.
- Below are the detailed Incident Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the orchestration tool management.
