We're hiring a Mumbai based Talent Acquisition Associate with **1+ years of experience **to support the organization.

Jugyah's co-founders were introduced over their bonded fascination with real estate and how inefficient the rental and sale process is in India, even in 2024. We want to allow people to rent, sell, buy and finance their home in hours, not days.

**Here's a Bit More About What We're Looking For**
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including Naukri, Indeed, Apna and LinkedIn.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Manage post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts.
- Ensure recruitment activities adhere to labor laws and organizational policies.
**What will set this person apart**:
- Proven 1+ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience working in a high-growth tech startup or similar fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR management, including but not limited to talent management, learning & development, compensation strategy, and legal compliance.
- Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and succession planning.
- Experience leading a team of HR professionals and working closely with senior leaders and executives in an organization.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
The role will be in person from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off.
