Roles and Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Telecalling/Telesales professional to contribute in

generating sales for company
- The person will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and

maintaining good customer relationships
- Understand customer needs, answer their questions and provide relevant

information about our product and services
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay updated on industry

trends.
- Report to Call Center Manager on daily basis with updates on sales progress
- Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM, Follow Up Leads

Process including adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and

follow-up attempts into database
- Chase deals with fervor until they are either closed, dead or turned into

qualified appointments
- Effective telesales executive who is an excellent communicator. They must

be comfortable presenting health services and products over the phone as

well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services.
- Answer questions about property or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM).
- Handle objection and resolve customer concern in professional and

respectful manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Ability to set and close appointments over the phone

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as tele calling/tele sales executive
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the

phone
- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
- Excellent English, Hindi & Marathi (knowing multiple language can be an

added advantage)
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills
- Selling and negotiation skills

Technical Expertise:

- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
- Language to be known (Hindi, English)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
