**JOB OBJECTIVE**

Objective of this role is to engage with our clients prospective leads across india, APAC,
EMEA and US to generated leads, fix meeting,appointments for the business development team or marketing team

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for the calling responsibilities assigned to him/her for the day.
- Dialing Calls, Answering calls and resolving queries
- Drive customer to point of sales, lead generation and appointments
- Nurture, build and maintain relations with prospective leads
- Responsible for the daily calling report and any adhoc report requested by the management
- Be a self-starter and learner.
- Use their conversation skills to bring the client to the next stage
- Obtain Lead information such as name, address and queries
- Recording the details obtained from contacted lead
- Adjust sales scripts as per the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Calling the referred lead which is generated from existing leads
- Target oriented job.
- Other job related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
