**Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator at Clinikk Health Hub** (Nagarbhavi)
**Department**:Clinical
**Language Proficiency**: Kannada, English, Hindi
**Clinikk Health Hub Timing**: 9:30 am to 1 pm and 4pm to 8:30 pm
**Working days**:Monday to Saturday
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary objective is to enhance the patient experience at our health hub. We are seeking an empathetic individual to serve as a helping hand, ensuring a seamless experience for patients while handling receptionist duties and billing processes. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and explaining our membership offerings to patients, with the opportunity to close sales and generate referrals.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Patient Care and Registration:
- Welcome and assist patients during their clinic visit, ensuring a seamless registration process.
- Facilitate doctor appointments, guide patients in medicine purchases, and coordinate lab tests.
- Billing and Financial Transactions:
- Generate bills and oversee revenue collection for a range of services provided to subscribers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the daily collected revenue.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage and control the stock of both medical and non-medical items within the Clinikk premises.- Sales of Clinikk Products:
- Actively engage with walk-in customers, promoting and selling Clinikk subscription and insurance.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Clinikk products to potential subscribers.
- Close membership sales and proactively generate referrals from satisfied customers
- Sales and Revenue Management:
- Collect and monitor daily sales and revenue from field sales executives.
- Resolve discrepancies promptly or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper working condition of the Clinikk premises.
- Oversee the organization and tidiness of the clinic to create a welcoming environment.
**Requirements**:
- : Any Graduate
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in customer services.
- Proficient in Kannada, English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
- Sales experience is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
