**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Total Experience: At least 2+ years in Sales/ Business Development Role with Saas-Based/ Consulting organization is preferred.
- Have previously worked on CRM Software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Open to work in Night Shifts.
- Meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reach out to prospects everyday.
- Own prospecting, lead generation & sales qualification to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets
- Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements and qualify them
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
- Coordinate with US counterparts.

**Preferred Qualifications and Qualities**:

- Have demonstrated heavy calling volume.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
