ob Summary:
As a Sales Executive for Software, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our software products and services. You will utilize your strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and sales expertise to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively present our solutions to address those needs. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable opportunities.
- Consultative Sales:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential clients.
- Present software solutions effectively, demonstrating how they can address the client's needs and deliver value.
- Customize presentations and proposals to match the unique requirements of each prospect.
- Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering support as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in software sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of software products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,142.21 - ₹31,244.39 per month
