As a Customer Success
- **Key responsibilities**:_

1. Collaborate with the marketing team
2. Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead generation strategies and campaigns.
3. Receive leads from marketing efforts and ensure they are properly tracked and managed
4. Work on lead qualification
6. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements, pain points, and budget considerations
7. Determine the level of interest and willingness to make a purchase
8. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they align with our target customer profile
9. Work on lead handover
10. Work on passing on the lead to the sales team with comprehensive and accurate information once the lead meets the qualification criteria
11. Provide necessary context and context to ensure a seamless transition for the sales team
12. Work on target achievement
13. Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead qualification and conversion
14. Work on regularly monitoring and reporting on the progress of leads through the sales funnel
15. Work on customer relationship management
16. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system
17. Ensure that all communication with potential clients is well-documented and organized for future reference
18. Work on having product knowledge
19. Work on continuously updating knowledge of the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
20. Articulate product features and benefits to prospects effectively
21. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the quality of leads and prospect engagement
- **Who can apply**:_
- Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in the construction materials or interior design industry
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and familiarity with various materials, brands, and product categories
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in direct communication with prospects
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying customer needs and potential business opportunities

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
