Preschool Admin Coordinator

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Management**:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and adherence to best practices in early childhood education.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and support to staff members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and development among staff.
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make adjustments as needed to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- **Student Support and Engagement**:
- Establish positive relationships with students and families, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that promotes a sense of belonging and encourages active participation from all students.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to identify and address the individual needs of students, including those with special needs or learning differences.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as budget management, enrollment, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements governing preschool operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress, attendance, and other relevant information.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with parents and families, involving them in decision-making processes and keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
- Establish connections with the broader community, including local schools, organizations, and resources that support early childhood education initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate parent education workshops, family events, and community outreach activities to promote family involvement and community engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership role in an early childhood education setting, preferably as a preschool director or center head.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and best practices in teaching and learning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and families.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and standards governing preschool operations.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that celebrates the unique strengths and abilities of every child.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
