**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our TV and electronics products in Bangalore.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the region.
- **Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering excellent service and support.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the electronics and TV industry.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market analysis to refine sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Magnatic Industries’ product offerings, including TVs, home entertainment systems, and related electronics.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and progress toward sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to management.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain strong relationships with clients.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 4 to 10 years of proven sales experience in the electronics or TV industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments is advantageous.
- **Skills**:
- Deep understanding of consumer electronics, TV technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Other**:
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Bangalore region as needed.
