Executive Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Executive Support:Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other relevant materials as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Communication:Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Records Management:Maintain and organize records, documents, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and proper archiving.
Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and data analysis for executive decision-making.
- Event Coordination:Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Information Management:Keep track of deadlines, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring that executives are informed and prepared for upcoming commitments.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:Collaborate with various departments and teams to facilitate seamless communication and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Office Management:Oversee the general office operations, ensuring that office supplies are stocked, and necessary equipment is functioning properly.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role supporting top-level executives.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong grammatical and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
