**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Possession Management**:
- Coordinate and oversee the process of giving possession of properties to clients.
- Ensure a smooth transition during possession handovers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
**Client Query Handling**:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to possession.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding possession procedures and timelines.
**Society Operations**:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations within the society, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to possession and society management.
**Maintenance of Society**:
- Oversee the maintenance of the society premises to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to address any repairs or issues promptly.
**Possession-Related Activities**:
- Coordinate with various departments and teams involved in possession activities, including legal, finance, and sales teams.
- Keep detailed records of all possession-related transactions and activities.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the real estate sector.
**Software Proficiency**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven adership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
