**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Executive at Bhalla International - Vinex in Meerut. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sports equipment and fitness industry trends
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the sports industry or familiarity with sporting goods is a plus
