**Pre Sales (Tele Calling Executive)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for generating sales through calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
- Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers
- Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
- Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
- Compiling and Analysing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback, market research and keeping up to date with new products launches
- Expertise in promoting the products
- Good at customer follow-up
- Should keep the record of feedback-mails/phones
- Experience in brand promotion tele calling would be added advantage

**Experience - 0-1 Year**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
