**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Executive to join our team owleto. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Marketplace Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our presence on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimization for search.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

3. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce marketplace partners.
- Collaborate with marketplace representatives to optimize our performance and visibility.

4. Content Optimization:

- Ensure product content (descriptions, images, etc.) complies with marketplace guidelines and is compelling to customers.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product discoverability.

5. Data Analysis:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

6. Promotions and Campaigns:

- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of promotional activities.

7. Customer Feedback and Reviews:

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on marketplaces.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address negative feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with marketplace analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central Analytics).
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with online advertising and paid promotion on e-commerce platforms.
