**Job Title: Agricultural Sales and Survey Executive**

**Job Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar**

**Reports To: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**The Agricultural Sales and Survey Executive will be responsible for driving sales of agricultural products and services, conducting market surveys, and gathering customer feedback to support the company's growth and improve its offerings. The role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the agriculture industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- **Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors.**:

- **Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.**:

- **Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.**:

- **Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.**:

- **Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers while ensuring company profitability.**:

- **Market Research and Surveys**:

- **Conduct market surveys to identify current trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the agricultural sector.**:

- **Gather insights through surveys, interviews, and on-the-ground observations to assess market demand and customer preferences.**:

- **Analyze survey data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.**:

- **Monitor and report on emerging agricultural trends, technologies, and regulations that may impact sales strategies.**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.**:

- **Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.**:

- **Organize regular follow-ups with customers to ensure repeat business and continuous feedback.**:

- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.**:

- **Educate farmers and customers on the benefits and proper use of products.**:

- **Attend product training sessions, agricultural trade shows, and industry events to stay informed about new technologies and solutions in the agricultural sector.**:

- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- **Maintain accurate records of sales activities, market surveys, customer interactions, and product feedback.**:

- **Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.**:

- **Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, sales progress, and customer engagement.**:

- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- **Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials tailored to the agricultural sector.**:

- **Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, technical support, and finance to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers.**:

- **Compliance and Ethics**:

- **Ensure that all sales and survey activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.**:

- **Maintain a professional image and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agri-Business, or a related field.**:

- **Experience: Proven experience in agricultural sales, business development, or market research.**:

- **Experience conducting market surveys and analyzing data.**:

- **Familiarity with agricultural products, technologies, and market dynamics.**:

- **Prior experience working with farmers, agribusinesses, or rural communities is a plus.**:

- **Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Analytical skills to interpret survey data and market trends.**:

- **Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and survey tools.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Time management and organizational skills.**:

- **Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and nurture relationships.**
