**Role & responsibilities**
- Greeting visitors.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Handling courier and stationery.
- Maintain an appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences teleconferences and Travel bookings.
- Maintained reception area, conference rooms,
- Ordering office stationery supplies, Typing, Filing, and Managing diaries.
- Maintaining Inward - Outward Register and keeping records.
- Attending all admin-related work, pantry and bills
**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
