**Job Overview**:
Performs administrative duties determined by or in conjunction with the manager of the department/facility.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Adopts quality, health, safety and environmental program of the Company.
- Works in file room and sorts and archives appropriate documents in accordance with company policy.
- Works on storage projects as needed by Legal management.
- Develops, revises and maintains departmental files and databases.
- Receives visitors and responds independently when possible.
- Uses Microsoft Office programs on a computer to create documents and correspondence.
- Produces reports as required.
- Handles special projects or duties as assigned by departmental manager.
- Ensures that company objectives, policies, programs and procedures are consistently adhered to.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- 1 year in a business environment
- High School Diploma
