**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for real estate projects and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to create engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media content.
- Ensure videos align with branding and messaging requirements.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and transitions to enhance the viewer experience.
- Review and edit footage to create visually appealing and compelling stories.
- Handle color correction, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics when needed.
- Maintain a structured workflow and meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate or related fields.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative thinking and ability to implement feedback effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and video formats for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation skills is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
