About the Role

We are seeking a Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Rishihood University. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical skill set in video editing, a keen eye for impactful storytelling, and the ability to create engaging video content across multiple formats and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in capturing and showcasing the vibrant life and unique ethos of Rishihood University.


Expectations

  • Video Editing:
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Create videos tailored to different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and more.
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop videos with compelling storylines to captivate and engage diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with the university’s branding and messaging.
  • Videography Guidance:
  • Work closely with the videography team to guide them in capturing relevant and meaningful footage.
  • Ensure footage quality aligns with the storyline and production goals.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination:
  • Liaise with various departments to understand their video requirements and deliver tailored content.
  • Provide creative input to address departmental needs effectively.
  • Timely Delivery:
  • Work within tight deadlines to produce and deliver polished videos as per project requirements.

Requirements


  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and production.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work across various video formats and sizes, optimizing for platform-specific requirements.
  • Attributes:
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to work under tight timelines while maintaining quality.
  • On-Campus Presence: Must be willing to work on-site at Rishihood University’s campus in the NCR of Delhi.
