**Job Title**: Front Desk Receptionist
**Location**: Omicron Groups, Koregaon Park, Pune
**Department**: Administration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**: Ensure a warm, friendly, and professional greeting for all visitors, clients, and employees.
- **Managing Reception Area**: Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- **Handling Incoming Calls**: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently. Take messages and ensure follow-up when necessary.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Manage appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and inform relevant personnel.
- **Visitor Registration**: Register visitors, issue visitor passes, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, filing, and handling mail.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Ensure seamless communication with staff and management to support day-to-day operations.
- **Security Protocols**: Follow company security protocols by ensuring visitor log books are maintained and that all visitors are properly signed in.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Presentable Appearance**: Well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to office dress code standards.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, confident voice.
- **Etiquette & Interpersonal Skills**: Demonstrates impeccable telephone and face-to-face etiquette. Professional and polite demeanor with clients and staff.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain calm under pressure.
- **Tech-savvy**: Basic knowledge of office software and phone systems. Familiarity with scheduling software is an advantage.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail.
- **Customer-Centric**: Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management and procedures.
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
