Telesales Executive

**Job Description -**We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, chats and maintaining good customer relationships.
**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Provide product information and pricing to clients.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of the product or service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately enter and update client information in the sales database.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Work closely with the internal team for any support.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
**Requirements -**
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven Atleast 01 year experience working as a telesales executive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on high pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to cope with rejections on calls.
**NOTE -**
- Work from office only.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
