**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative architect to join our team at CM Associates. As an architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing projects that range from residential and commercial to institutional and public spaces. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and fellow architects to develop cutting-edge solutions that align with our clients' visions and meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifies, through consultation, clients' requirements, approximate budget, timetable, and possible needs for future expansion.
- Assists clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches of options.
- Prepares and presents designs, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed construction schedule.
- Creates detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations; presents plans to clients for review and approval.
- Modifies new or existing plans as required.
- Prepares scale drawings and contract requirements
- Collaborates with head builder and clients to facilitate the building process to meet clients specifications.
- Create architectural designs, concepts, and 3D models that showcase creativity and innovation.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data for project development.
- Collaborate with the construction team during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity.
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
- Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.
- 3 years experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Chhattisgarh.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing your design prowess and previous projects is required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
