Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. *Project Leadership:* Take charge of project development, guiding a team of architects and collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

2. *Design Excellence:* Demonstrate a keen understanding of design principles, creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions that align with client expectations and project requirements.

4. *Client Interaction:* Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

5. *Team Collaboration:* Foster a collaborative and creative working environment, providing mentorship to junior architects and collaborating with interior Designers to achieve Cohesive designs.

6. *Project Management:* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

7. *Design Vision:* Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client preferences, project goals, and industry trends.

8. *Material and Furniture Selection:* Source and specify materials, furnishings, and accessories to create cohesive and visually appealing interior spaces.

9. *Project Collaboration:* Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project plans.

10. *Client Engagement:* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their lifestyle and design preferences to deliver customized solutions.

11. *Team Leadership:* Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio culture.

12. *Budget Management:* Monitor project budgets related to interior design elements, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality solutions.

13. *Trend Awareness:* Stay informed about the latest design trends and innovations, infusing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ARCHITECT
- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer with a diverse portfolio.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
