**Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, concepts, and solutions for various projects.
- Collaborate with senior architects to understand client requirements, project objectives, and constraints.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess site conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and documents, including drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
- Documentation and Technical Support:

- Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction drawings, detailing architectural elements, and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into architectural designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design and documentation.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of shop drawings, material samples, and other project-related submittals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Project Coordination:

- Support project managers in coordinating architectural design activities with other project disciplines.
- Assist in the coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the construction team during the construction phase, addressing design clarifications and modifications as needed.
- Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Research and Professional Development:

- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and innovative design solutions.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.
- Quality Control and Assurance:

- Assist in conducting quality control reviews to ensure design and documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality architectural services.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
