
Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to logistics services.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Track and document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Communicate and coordinate with external partners, such as carriers and suppliers, to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the logistics industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed support to customers.
- Strive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer support strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in spoken English
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of logistics industry
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
