Communicate with all current and potential customers regularly, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory
- Leads will be generated in-house and prefixed meetings will be assigned by our pre-sales team to the respective team members
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
- Developing sales strategies and following up on business leads and referrals
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations.
- Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Freshers are welcome too

**Job Responsibility**:

- Assist clients with their needs and requirements by providing relevant information
- Go for site visits with clients and explain the perks
- Regular touch with the prospect Clients.
- Negotiate with client and convert the meetings into bookings
- Handling client questions, inquiries and complaints.

**Skills Required**:

- Adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
- Good to have knowledge on Real Estate.

**Salary**: ₹13,353.27 - ₹26,000.00 per month
