PAYMENT COORDINATOR

### *Key Responsibilities*:

- *Payment Processing*: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees, including invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- *Invoice Management*: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before payment.
- *Vendor Communication*: Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues, answer queries, and provide remittance information.
- *Reconciliation*: Assist in monthly bank and payment reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in payment records.
- *Reporting*: Prepare regular payment reports and analysis for management, highlighting any issues or discrepancies.
- *Documentation*: Maintain organized records of all payment-related transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment approvals.
- *Compliance*: Ensure all payments adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, including tax and audit guidelines.
- *System Maintenance*: Work with accounting software to process payments, input data, and update payment records.
- *Audit Support*: Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits related to payments.
