IT Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive with a solid understanding of business dynamics, strong technical skills, and innate sales abilities. This role involves identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, managing the customer journey from initial contact through contract signing, and delivering exceptional post-sales support.
**Your Goal**
- Achieve month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, and year-over-year sales targets.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and proposal presentation to contract finalization and account management.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to existing protocols.
- Represent the brand at national and international networking events.
- Create sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, agreements, and other sales materials as required.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and managing escalations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Stay informed about the company’s latest projects and offerings to effectively advocate innovative solutions to potential customers.
- Prepare and submit various performance and metrics reports.
- Over 2 years of relevant business development experience in the IT services sector, with a proven record of exceeding growth targets.
- Experience working with businesses in North America and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and prospects.
- Proficient in creating and delivering professional presentations.
- Hands-on experience with responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Solid working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Skilled in building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers globally.
- In-depth understanding of software development and IT services, including awareness of the latest industry trends and best practices.
- High attention to detail and a strong drive for achieving excellence.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate; Preference-**BBA/MBA**
