Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day office operations such as scheduling, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support HR tasks like tracking attendance and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoicing and filing documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help ensure smooth communication within the team.
- Keep records organized and easily accessible.

**Requirements**:

- Up to **1 year of experience** in an administrative role.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
