**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities***:
- Managing and handling **Kochi branch office admin activities & clerical jobs**.
- Responsible for the daily administrative activities of the organization.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Setting clear team goals
- Vendor Bills collections.
- Communicating via mail & handling calls with employees and vendors for support.
- Materials couriering, Hand delivery and tracking.
- Petty cash handling
- Payment Collection & Deposit at bank.
- Arranging & engaging employees in Employee Engagement activities
- Gifts Distributions as on major celebrations i.e., Diwali, New Year etc.
- Should Manage House Keeping & Security Maintenance
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in the admin field
- Good communication skill
- Team Management
- Vendor Coordination.
