**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

- Create compelling marketing collateral to support sales efforts and brand awareness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote products and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
