**Job Overview**: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven PPC Executive to join our digital marketing team. As a PPC Executive at WebIndia Master, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Set up and manage campaign budgets, bids, and keywords.
- Perform A/B testing to identify campaign performance optimizations.
- **Keyword Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance by adjusting bids, targeting, and keywords.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, AdWords, and other PPC tools.
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and improvements.
- **Landing Page Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with the PPC campaigns.
- **Budget & ROI Management**:

- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.
- Work toward maximizing return on investment (ROI) for all paid ad campaigns.
- **Ad Copy & Creative Management**:

- Develop and test ad copy for paid campaigns to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CR).
- Ensure all ad creatives are aligned with the brand's messaging and are optimized for the best performance.
- **Collaboration & Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, PPC strategies, and digital marketing tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong knowledge of paid search and display advertising strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Google Ads certification or any other relevant certifications.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
