**About Role:

- **

As a Product Support Executive you will maximize sustainable value for our customers and Datacultr through long-term customer success strategies. You will be working with a targeted list of our strategic customers and be accountable for ensuring these customers successfully adopt and realize value from all Datacultr products. You will be accountable for customer retention, satisfaction and expansion of your customer portfolio.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**

v Should have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support Role

v Must have good fluency with Spanish Language; any certification in Spanish language would be an added advantage.

v Listening to customer’s concerns and handling product related complaints or queries on TAT basis.

v Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.

v Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.

v Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

v Strong contact handling skills and active listening.

v Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

v Excellent communication and presentation skills

v Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: ₹12,129.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
