We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who shares our passion for creating exceptional main dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests. As Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with our Head Chef to oversee the preparation and execution of our burger, sandwich, wrap, and fried chicken offerings. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while inspiring and leading our kitchen team to culinary excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Head Chef in developing and refining recipes for our signature burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fried chicken dishes, ensuring they reflect our commitment to flavor and innovation.

Supervise kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and plating of main dishes, providing guidance on techniques, portion sizes, and presentation.

Maintain inventory levels for burger patties, sandwich fillings, wrap ingredients, and chicken supplies, ordering ingredients as needed to meet demand while minimizing waste.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen, conducting regular inspections and training staff on proper procedures.

Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, including creating seasonal specials and limited-time offerings to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen, leading by example and enforcing best practices among the team.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
