**About Position**: Life Line Safety & Security Company is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support for their safety and security needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Complaint Handling**: Address customer complaints promptly and follow up to ensure resolution satisfaction.
- **Sales Promotion**: Communicate product knowledge and current promotions effectively. Tailor offers to customer needs and suggest complementary products.
- **Sales Conversion**: Identify customer needs, build rapport, overcome objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale.
- **Lead Closing**: Qualify leads, personalize closing strategies, address final concerns, and provide clear next steps.
- **Backup Support**: Maintain records, coordinate with team members, stay updated on products and policies, and handle emergencies appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
