**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach basic Hindi language concepts, including alphabet recognition, sentence formation, grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling.
- Use interactive teaching methods, such as storytelling, rhymes, games, and visual aids, to make lessons engaging for young students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment that fosters learning.
- Ensure effective classroom discipline by setting clear rules and managing student behavior positively.
- Encourage active participation and interaction among students to create a collaborative learning atmosphere.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess students' language development and progress through quizzes, oral tests, assignments, and worksheets.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments and report progress to parents and the school administration.
- **Student Development and Support**:

- Help students develop basic reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi.
- Provide additional support to students who may need help with learning difficulties or language barriers.
- Promote a love for the Hindi language through engaging activities like storytelling sessions, recitation, and creative writing.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' academic performance and development.
- **Curriculum Enrichment**:

- Suggest and implement creative activities to enhance the curriculum, such as Hindi language games, role-playing, or cultural programs.
- Promote awareness of Hindi literature and Indian culture through storytelling and celebrating Hindi language days or cultural events.
- **Use of Educational Technology**:

- Integrate technology, such as educational apps or multimedia tools, to make learning Hindi interactive and fun for young students.
- Encourage students to use digital tools for enhancing their language skills, such as watching Hindi language videos or listening to stories.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Participate in or lead school events such as Hindi Diwas, poetry recitations, storytelling contests, and other language-related activities.
- Engage students in co-curricular activities that support their overall language development and cultural awareness.
