Prt Hindi Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Curriculum Implementation**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and education board standards.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to help young students grasp basic concepts in Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that cater to different learning styles.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain an orderly, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to actively participate.
- Enforce discipline and create a positive learning space that fosters respect and a love for learning Hindi.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Evaluate students through regular assessments like quizzes, oral tests, projects, and written assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills and work on their areas of weakness.
- **Student Development**:

- Encourage the development of language skills in young learners, emphasizing reading fluency, proper pronunciation, and comprehension.
- Support students who may have difficulty in grasping the language by providing extra assistance or remedial teaching.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, and any special needs.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss individual student performance.
- **Classroom Innovation**:

- Incorporate innovative teaching aids, audio-visual materials, and modern pedagogical methods to make Hindi learning enjoyable and effective.
- Use storytelling, role-plays, and creative writing exercises to enhance students’ engagement with the language.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching methods, language learning resources, and the Hindi curriculum to continuously improve teaching quality.
- Participate in school-organized workshops, seminars, and professional development programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 5 years (preferred)
